RIKT Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: All orders to the Continental US and Hawaii under $150.00 are shipped via our standard carrier with a flat rate of $11.00. We are proud to offer Free Shipping to the Continental US and Hawaii on all orders of $150.00 or more.

  • Transit Time: Most domestic orders arrive within 3-4 business days once processed.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging.

Surf Pendants Shipping

  • Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all Men’s and Women’s Surf Pendant orders.

  • Transit Time: Most pendant orders arrive within 3–5 business days once processed.

  • Coverage: This free shipping rate explicitly includes all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico.

  • Note: If you combine a surf pendant with RIKT surfboard traction hardware in the same cart, standard shipping rates for the traction gear will apply at checkout.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer RIKT hardware to surfers worldwide, including the United Kingdom, Australia, and 24+ other countries.

  • Carrier & Rates: We use DHL Express and UPS Worldwide to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free International Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all international orders of $300.00 or more (standard handling fees still apply).                           

  • Handling Fee: A flat $5.00 handling fee is applied to all international orders (including those qualifying for free shipping) to cover the specialized packaging required for global transit.

Duties, Customs, and Taxes

For all international orders, local import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected directly at checkout. This ensures your package arrives with prepayments cleared, preventing unexpected fees or delays upon delivery. In rare cases where local authorities impose additional destination-specific fees after shipping, those remain the responsibility of the customer.
