Install a Stingray™ Mounting Plate 25 on all of your new boards and move a single kick tail between them in seconds. Additional boards only cost $29 each — less than the price of one name-brand traction pad. If you got 2 new surfboards, you would need 2 Stingray™ Mounting Plates — but that's it. All the boards could share the same kick tail and you only spent $58. Of course you're welcome to try out all of our kick tail options, but you only need one to get going.

RIKT Stingray™ Mounting Plate
The RIKT Stingray™ Mounting Plate 25 is the permanent foundation of the RIKT interchangeable kick tail system. Installed with the same high-strength 3M adhesive found on our traction pads, it creates a rigid mechanical platform for any RIKT interchangeable kick tail. Add a plate to each board and move one kick tail between them in seconds — the most efficient way to build a modular, future-proof quiver.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This mounting plate requires a smooth, structurally sound deck surface for proper adhesion.
For best results:
• New boards are ideal.
• Used boards must be free of deep pressure dings in the tail area where the plate will be installed.
• Follow the official mounting plate installation guidelines. Watch the installation video for step-by-step instructions.
If your board has heavy pressure dings in the tail area, we recommend choosing a Grip 2 traction pad with integrated kick instead of an interchangeable setup.
